Omni Slides™ Hydrophobic Arrays

Omni Slide Hydrophobic Arrays
Omni Slide Hydrophobic Arrays for high
throughput and quantitative applications.

A line of DESI substrates for reproducible sample spotting and improved signal stability in high-throughput and quantitative studies.

A 1-Dimensional automated Omni Spray® Ion Source is used to obtain calibration plots of carbamazepine using multiple reaction monitoring on a Thermo Scientific TSQ Quantum Discovery Max. Standards were pipetted onto Omni Slide hydrophobic substrates, producing smallsample spots with high reproducibility, and analyzed using the conditions listed in Table 1. Use of the Omni Slide hydrophobic substrate resulted in more stable signal intensities and improved precision over the use of standard PMMA sheets or microscope glass slides allowing linear calibration plots to be recorded using d-10 labeled carbamazepine as an internal standard (Figure 1). The inset shows linearity in the lower concentration range 1-100 ng/mL. Table 2 displays the results fromindependently prepared control samples spiked with 200 ng/mL internal standard and analyzed in triplicate.
